We are now taking names for the league fixture away to Cork City in Turners Cross for next Tuesday 11th August. The bus will depart from Tara Street at 2pm & travel directly to Cork. Hoops SC Sponsor Stephen Rice

Bus to Waterford - Cancelled

Due to lack of numbers, we will be unable to run a bus to the Waterford game tomorrow. Apologies to the few who did book but it was not financialy viable to run the bus with so few names confirmed.

We are also looking into running a bus to the EA Cup (League Cup) Quarter Final tie away to Waterford on Tuesday 19th May. If interested in travelling to this game please contact us ASAP to ensure that if there is enough interest and that we have enough time to arrange a bus based on the numbers.

We are now taking names for our next away league fixture in Derry on Friday May 22nd. The bus will depart from Liberty Hall at 1.30pm & travel to Derry with a short stop in Emyvale en route. Glenmalure Suite Offer for b*hs game Saurday 16th May

We are looking at supporting SRFC's new Glenmalure Suite event at Tallaght Stadium for the game versus b*hs on Saturday May 16th. The normal cost for entry to the suite is €30pp. However, any 2009 Hoops SC member interested in attending the suite for this game, if booked through the Hoops SC, can do so for €20. The additional €10 will be subsidized by the Hoops SC.

If any member is interested in availing of this opportunity to support the club, enjoy the Rovers experience a bit more & have a few drinks before and after the game into the bargain, please contact us ASAP. We will need to confirm numbers back to the club a few days before the game.

We are now taking names for our next away league fixture in Terryland Park, Galway on Friday 17th April. The bus will depart from outside Tara St. Railway Station at 2pm and travel directly to Eyre Square in Galway. We will be returning to Dublin directly after the game.

If interested in travelling please contact us ASAP to book your seat as we need to gauge demand before booking a suitably sized bus for the numbers expected to travel.

Please note that anyone on this mailing list who wishes to travel but has not yet joined the Hoops SC for the 2009 season that membership can be paid on the day.

Were Back!

Hello Hello. Its good to be back! Membership for the 2009 season is now open. Membership for the year will be the same as last season at €15 for adults, €10 for u18's & €20 for families (2 adults + 2 children max).

Following feedback from a cross section of last years membership we have decided not to have an AGM and instead will carry on from last season. If however members would prefer to have an AGM please contact us ASAP and we will try to organise something at the earliest available opportunity. A financial breakdown/review for the 2008 season has been prepared and if any member from last season would like a copy please contact us to arrange for it to be forwarded directly.

We also have a limited number of Hoops SC pin badges available at €4 each, if interested in purchasing please contact us.
